Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however, we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.

We hope you will love your Armita purchase, but if you find it unsuitable or you’re not entirely satisfied, please notify us within 14 days by telephone of your intention to return the product(s). We ask that you return products to us unused, in their original packaging with any tamper seals intact. You will be entitled to a refund or replacement if returned products (with a completed returns form) reach us within 28 days. Please ensure that returns are packed and labeled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. There are certain situations where after inspection refunds are not granted:

We accept returns under the following situations:

a)      Damaged items getting delivered

b)      Delivery of wrong items – not according to your order

c) Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Please provide us with the following:

1.       Details of your order number and the item/s included in your order.

2.       Invoice number accompanying your order

3.       Consignment number of the courier’s airway bill

4.       A note of the damage on the courier’s copy of the airway bill, and a copy of the airway bill, which you retain.

5.       Please notify Armita directly within 2 days of receipt of the products if there is damage along with the details of the damage.

6.       Also, send us images of the work with close-ups of the damaged portion(s)
